If you choose to subscribe to our marketing communications, we may send you occasional emails about Club news, events, activities and other information we think may be of interest to you.
Subscribing to marketing communications is optional and is separate from making an enquiry. We use HubSpot to manage marketing subscriptions and communications.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting contact@northwayssc.co.uk. Withdrawing your consent will not affect other communications we may need to send in connection with your membership or an enquiry.
The Club operates a WhatsApp group for members which is used to share Club news, information and updates.
Members should be aware that when participating in a WhatsApp group, their profile information and telephone number may be visible to other members of that group, depending on their WhatsApp privacy settings.
WhatsApp is operated by a third party and use of the service is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms and settings.
HubSpot
We use HubSpot to help us manage enquiries, contact information, membership communications and our relationships with members and prospective members.
Information you provide to us may therefore be stored and processed using HubSpot.
Where we use third-party service providers to process personal information on our behalf, we take appropriate steps to ensure that personal information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Some service providers may process or store information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by applicable data protection law.
CCTV
CCTV operates at the Club for the purposes of safety, security, crime prevention and the protection of our premises, members, staff and visitors.
Appropriate signage is displayed where CCTV is in operation.
CCTV footage is only accessed where necessary and is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, unless it needs to be retained for longer in connection with an incident, investigation or legal requirement.
